Ingredients
- 2 large yellow peaches
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup and 2/3 cup of almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 grams of 90% dark chocolate chopped
- 1 scoop of natural vanilla protein (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare 12 muffin cups.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Place mixture into the muffin cups as evenly as possible.
- Place the muffin cups into the oven and bake between 22-25 minutes.
