  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 25 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 large yellow peaches
    • 2 avocados
    • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 cup and 2/3 cup of almond meal
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 20 grams of 90% dark chocolate chopped
    • 1 scoop of natural vanilla protein (optional)

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare 12 muffin cups.
    2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
    3. Place mixture into the muffin cups as evenly as possible.
    4. Place the muffin cups into the oven and bake between 22-25 minutes.
