These fish burgers are a hit with the family. You can use any type of fish. We have used tuna and salmon with the same results. This version uses Salmon. Feel free to add a range of herbs and spices.

  • Cook time: 10 minutes

 

 

    Ingredients

    • 500 grams skinless salmon

    • 3/4 cup of almond meal

    • 1/3 cup of sesame seeds
    • 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
    • 1 tsp of salt
    • 1 pinch of pepper
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Serve with lemon or lime wedges

    Method

    1. Blitz all ingredients in a food processer until well combined.
    2. Form into evenly shaped burger patties.
    3. Cook in a frying pan with extra virgin olive.
