These fish burgers are a hit with the family. You can use any type of fish. We have used tuna and salmon with the same results. This version uses Salmon. Feel free to add a range of herbs and spices.

Ingredients

500 grams skinless salmon

3/4 cup of almond meal
- 1/3 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Serve with lemon or lime wedges
Method
- Blitz all ingredients in a food processer until well combined.
- Form into evenly shaped burger patties.
- Cook in a frying pan with extra virgin olive.
