Ingredients
- 1kg minced beef
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 6 tbsp almond meal
- handful of Italian parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- tomato paste
- sprinkle oregano
- mushrooms
- red capsicums
- anchovies
- olives
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC
- In a large bowl, using your hands, combine the mince, parmesan, almond meal, parsley and eggs.
- Use a 30cm oven proof frying pan. Place the mixture in the pan and flatten evenly.
- Spread over tomato paste and add your dressings. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and put in the oven for 20-35 minutes, by which time the meat should be cooked through and looking golden.
