A quick and easy meal. This is a modified version of Jamie Oliver’s Gnarly Peanut Chicken from his book, 5 Ingredients.

- Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 250g skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- Garlic
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Method
- Turn the grill on to medium-high
- Score the chicken breasts in a criss-cross fashion and rub into the chicken breasts the olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- In a pan, place the chicken breast criss-cross side down and put it on medium-high heat.
- While it is cooking, squeeze in some more lemon juice, add the garlic, sesame seeds and peanut butter. You may need to add a little bit of water, depending on how you like it.
- Flip over the chicken, spoon over the sauce, then transfer to the grill for 5-7 minutes.
